You could search far and wide and not find a better storage facility. The entire property is immaculate and the owner, Bill, is absolutely wonderful. He makes the rounds daily, watching over everything and keeping the place in perfect condition. He has always treated me well and has gone above and beyond in helping me. Bill gave me a tour when I first rented here, and no detail was overlooked or expense spared in creating a weatherproof and secure facility. Even the movers who moved my stuff in and have seen it all said it was the best, cleanest storage facility around. I can't recommend TRU BLU highly enough!

My daughter and her two friends are deaf students at RIT and Bill, the owner, made sure that they were taken cared of after school ended last year. So I made it a point to use this facility again this year. I'm from Chicago and Bill kept constant communication making sure that my daughter had no issues. I highly recommend this place. I am a college student looking into a storage unit. With all the responsibilities that come along with that, worrying about where my stuff is gonna go for the summer was high on my priorities list. Discovering this facility was a mirracle. The storage units are brand new, and very clean. There is a gated entry that requires a code to access the units. Cameras everywhere and cylinder locks just add to the sense of security. The staff was so helpful and the price can't be beat.
